- Stop malicious review appraisal practices.
If your report has been attacked via a reviewer who has acted with a motive of malice, then:
Email your report and the review to our committee. The committee members, if in agreement after reviewing your work and the reviewers will prepare a statement to the state licensing authorities demanding that said reviewer be investigated. Our committee will support you and pursue that the reviewers license be reprimanded if not revoked by the state.
PROBLEM:
Many appraisers are employed by lenders in the
review process of their peers. Their "critiques" at times are intentionally and maliciously set to discredit the
work performed. This practice is
unethical and a ruthless attempt to monopolize competition.
SOLUTION:
Turn malicious appraisal review into the licensing
authorities, and bring their license into question and revoked.
