- Stop pushing appraisers to complete appraisal within 24 hours.
- Research must
be done.
- Information must be verified.
- Many jobs are already in progress, therefore additional jobs cannot be done
overnight. It is safe to say most appraisers
work 10 to 15 hours a day-an overworked appraiser is subject to errors (as all
humans are).
Appraisals cannot be done
instantaneously!
SOLUTION:
Present a petition
to generate a bill mandating a 1 week minimum (nothing less) for
completion of an appraisal.
